A few words about Glenn Ceresoli and the subject ‘Asana and freedom’:

Whilst upholding the traditional values of Yoga practice he imparts his experiences and understanding with a unique and contemporary insight to reflect and befit the needs of today’s world physically and mentally. Glenn’s teaching is strongly practice based and is built around his extensive teaching experience. Glenn conducts Teacher Training courses, Residential Retreats, Workshops and Intensives world wide. Glenn’s manner and presentation is inspired and insightful

Moksha is often referred to in the philosophical context, but is rarely explained in practical asana context. Moksha designates, in Hinduism and Jainism, the final liberation of the individual soul or jīva from the cycle of rebirths, the saṃsāra. The moksha is in a way the Hindu equivalent of the Buddhist nirvāṇa.

During our convention, Glenn will offer his 40 years of experience providing fundamental suggestions, explanations, and advices on how to identify, recognise and attain the freedom that yoga asana practice offers. The essential ingredients to yoga practice are the cultivation of consciousness, the restoring of  balance and the knoweldge of yourself.
