Sunday 12th May - For all members with a minimum of 6 months practice
On Saturday, May 11, the BIYAB General Assembly will also take place during the lunch break. Welcome to follow along with it.
Equipment to bring:
1 mat, 4-5 blankets, 2 bricks, 2 straps.
If you don't have this equipment, contact your teacher to make arrangements.
If you don't have this equipment or can't get them on site? There are some material kits that you can borrow for free on site.

Who is Gulnaaz?
Gulnaaz teaches in Pune at the Ramana Institute of BKS Iyengar. She has taught there for decades alongside Guruji BKS Iyengar, and considers Geeta Iyengar her mother. She teaches in a very friendly, accessible way, with clear instructions and a touch of humour.
