After a few wanderings through the Antroposophy, Krishnamurti, Gurdjieff and Ouspensky, the Rosicrucians, I had the chance to meet Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov in 1978 in Fréjus, the south of France. This Bulgarian Teacher encouraged me to meditate and let me experience and taught knowledge about the human spirit and the Universe. Bulgarian in origin he made associations between all cultures and linked them at our Western Jewish-Christian tradition. As I was looking for B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune in 2009 and discovered Patanjali's Sutras, all puzzle pieces seemed to coincide. The practice of Asanas was exactly what I needed to safeguard myself from stagnation.

With lots of gratitude to my main teacher Ann Brosens (Antwerp), Willy Bok (Brussels), Pascal Poell (Breda) and Nanda Peek (Rotterdam).

I would shout it from the rooftops, so to speak and I 'm very happy to teach Iyengar Yoga and make people enthousiast for this life work.
