SUNDAY INTENSIVES 2023 – BABAS YOGA – Saint Gilles

Three intensives are organized at our center on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The workshops are an opportunity to take the time to emphasize our study of certain aspects of postures, to better understand the specificities of our body and thus to adapt our actions, before taking the time to integrate the work through relaxation. final.
We limit the number of participants to 10 in order to be able to give specific attention to each person.
